the password is not working for me. when i extracted the whole file and played it on vlc player it says: VLC can't recognize the input's format:
The format of 'D:/film/Good.Morning-1959-Yasujiro Ozu/GOOD_MORNING.SUB' cannot be detected. Have a look the log for details.

You have to unrar the subs, move the movie, .sub and .idx files to the same folder and change the name of the .sub file so that it matches the others. Voila.
I think the default is Chinese, so you'll have to change the sub setting to English.
